This week meet up on the Dunedin Causeway at 6:30pm Thursday Evening 5-28-20 for a full body beach workout! Rain Date is Friday 5-29-20.
Bring weights, mat, towel and water. Workout includes warm up, 3 sets of full body training plus cool down and stretch. Entire session is 1 hour.
