Tuesday Full Body Resistance Training with Weights & Bands 8:00 Am
Wednesday High Intensity Interval Training & Extended Stretch 8:00 Am
Friday Endurance Training with Weights & Bands 8:00 Am
Saturday Full Body Weights, Plyometrics & Stretch 9:00 Am
Workouts are NOT included with the $20 Challenge with the exception of Saturdays
